SoundKonverter

SoundKonverter is a GUI front-end for converting audio files into different formats. It uses several back-ends to support encoding and decoding many formats.

In SoundKonverter, under "Settings", "Configure soundKonverter", "Environment", it will show which back-ends are installed and which ones are not. Under "Settings", "Configure soundKonverter", "Backends", it will let you select which back-ends you want to use for each audio format.
