K3b
From TheLinuxVault
K3b is an extremely powerful CD and DVD authoring program with a very simple GUI. It can burn or rip just about every kind of CD or DVD that there is. It is very powerful because it uses several back-ends to perform its operations.

[edit] Capabilities
K3b can burn disk-at-once (DAO), track-at-once (TAO), or RAW. K3b can also allow overburning (burning more data to the disk than it is rated at). When copying, it can copy in "normal copy" or "cloned copy" mode. Normal copy will not copy multiple tracks (CDs burned in TAO), but cloned copy will. Cloned copy will create a more exact copy of the original CD. Normal copy will create a .iso image file, while cloned copy will create a .img image file.
